It has been 4 months since the entire Flat Earth Society boarded a cruise ship in search of the edge of the Earth, they have not been heard from since. It can only be assumed that they found the edge, and fell to their deaths.

This leaves the remaining population of the planet to be all “Round Earth” believers.
Astronomer Hudson Pike has his own take on what happened.

Pike and the rest of the Round Earthers don’t seem particularly concerned about this outcome, “I don’t want to live in a bubble. Society is better off with a diverse society of varying beliefs and opinions. But if those beliefs come from someone without the fundamental knowledge of the shape of the Earth, their point of view has no value.”

Several weeks ago, Google Earth enthusiasts spotted a ship near the Antarctic ice wall in satellite images. As of press time, no one has bothered to investigate.
