Office Sociopath Gets Sick Pleasure Delivering News of Celebrity Death to Coworkers

SAN JOSE – Every office has that one co-worker that is inappropriately excited to tell everyone else about a celebrity death. The San Jose branch of Jupiter Design is no exception.

Ashley Lewis, Senior Designer, “When I am the first one to deliver the news of a celebrity death to a co-worker, and I get to see their reaction as it sinks in… its fascinating.”

Earlier today, just before interviewing Lewis for this article, her Google alert went off to notify her of a celebrity death; comic book creator, Stan Lee

“It was great. There are so many comic book geeks that work here. I got some really good reactions.”

Lewis does not consider all celebrity deaths to be equal.

“This is almost as good as when Carrie Fisher died… that was unexpected. Stan Lee was 95”.

Lewis reminisced about the time she delivered the news of Michael Jackson’s death

“I think one of the temps here at the time actually started to well up… and I was like whoa!”
