At a press conference earlier this week, CEO of Angostura Ltd, producer of the popular Angostura Bitters, announced they are increasing quality control of their packaging.

“We produce the most popular variety of bitters in the world, it can be found at every bar and liquor store. There is no reason we can’t put a label on it that fits on the bottle.”

It has been speculated that the manager of the packaging department at Angostura was a nephew of the owner, hired as a favor to the owner’s sister.

“Upper management has made a decision to give the packaging department one last chance to get it right.” Stated Angostura PR Rep

“If [the packaging department] fails, we are prepared to replace the entire department.”

As of press time, the packaging department has yet to print a smaller label, but their bottle supplier has reported a recent order placed for larger bottles.
