Despite the lack of a large sausage breakfast patty on the market, sausage producer Jimmy Dean, is giving consumers options.

“Seriously, if you can make a bigger patty we will invite you to be our guest, all expenses paid. Just tell us how you did it.”

Little known fact: the popular idiom, “how the sausage is made” was referring to making a breakfast sausage patty big enough to fit on a sandwich.
